Tucson Saddlery is a custom builder. We do not have very many items on the shelf ready to go out the door.

 

We can build you a beautiful western saddle to your specifications. There are lots of options and we are here to help you and your horse end up with a beautiful and comfortable saddle for both of you. We use the Dennis Lane Saddle Fitting System to fit horses and order trees.

 

We can help you create your own Buscadero style or a 1800's cowboy action holster rig. Or we can set you up a cross draw single action mounted shooting style rig. We also can certainly really dress up a fancy rig full of silver dots and floral tooling too. Personalize is what we do.

We are also adept at modern style holsters for semi auto's, concealed carry and shoulder harness holsters as well as knife sheaths.  Fancy tooled or stamped, exotic inlays or just simple and plain.

Our passion is what you can imagine for yourself in a custom order.

Prices are not jacked up just because it is a custom order, prices just cover what you want but also go up if you want more. Tooling labor and dots and concha's etcetera are time intensive and involve costs to add to a project and so therefore, the price does go up. We use top quality Herman Oak leather and high-quality stainless steel or solid brass hardware where available. We use top quality oil dyes and finishes to your specifications. Some items are hand stitched, and others done by machine, your choice of course. Photos along the way if desired and all questions answered to your satisfaction.

 

We require 100% of purchase price up front because you are buying, not thinking about, a custom leather product. Half down is required to keep your place in line and we are usually booked out 8-12 weeks, (and longer coming up to the holidays), so it's time to start thinking about what you have had in mind.
